Day of Defeat is one of the games based off the HalfLife engine from Valve. The WWII first person shooter is
only playable online but you're rewarded with one of the best games for the net. Great level design is complimented by a good
balance of authentic weapons from the era. Capture the flag is the best mode here and it shines in the gameplay department.
The classic version still has some decent graphics but you can get updated version along with Counterstrike called Source.
The maps are slighty rearranged and the graphics are enhanced but its essentially the same game.....................10 rating
